We liaise with Health Visitors, local Children Centres, and local support services such as the Specialist Teaching Teams including Portage, Early Support and the Child Development Centre (CDC)
Transition
It is important at this time that we keep open lines of communication between each settings staff and parents sharing information. Transitions can be a very positive time for your child, staff ensure that your child will feel safe to branch out and explore supporting them both emotionally and socially. Strategies for each child’s unique needs will be agreed by both staff and parents to support your child through this very important time in their lives.
